executable address book

anybody knows how can i make an executable address book from outlook express
so that my users just click it to update their address book whenever i send
them the updated address book rather than importing it.

Are you sending a whole address book, just an update for you or
something in-between?

For an individual entry, using vCard (*.VCF) file would be best.

If you are in a corporate environment, when people need a shared address
book, you might consider sending a whole WAB file that they can use on
the side in addition to their private WAB.
