Thanks Michael. However, the first instruction leads me to ask... 'Where do
I find the 'Store Folder'? I've looked in OE at WinEx... not there. Thanks
again... Wes

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder will reveal the location of
your Outlook Express files. Press the Tab key to highlight the folder
location, then Ctrl+C. Close OE, then Start | Run | Ctrl+V will put the
location in the box - Click OK and you'll see the OE files. Otherwise, write
the location down and navigate to it in Windows Explorer.
In WinXP, Win2K & Win2K3, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default
marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable
Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder Options
Icon | View, or in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | View.

Thanks... As stated, the problem is OE will not open thus I cannot go to the
Store Folder. I can open OE in the other user mode. Would the Store Folder
files be the same with the exception of <user name>???

Enable Hidden Files and Folders and then see if you can follow a path very
similar to this.
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{Long string of letters and numbers}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express.

In Search click More Advanced Options and tell it to search hidden files and
folders. Then search for Inbox.dbx

You can use Start, Find (or Search), Files or Folders, *.dbx to find it.
On Win2000 you need enable the display of Hidden or System files in the
folder options and XP you need to use the advanced options to find
Hidden or System files.
