When I send an email BCC it tells me that I have to add web add. to my
contacts. Or it will say contact not found. Do I have to add all these
address to my contacts?

You shouldn't have to add anyone to address book in order to send to
them.

Look at Tools, Accounts, Directory Services.  Select each one in turn by
double clicking.  If the Check name against this service is checked,
uncheck and click OK.

Hi Mike, ok I did that. It was checked so I unchecked it and tried to send a
BCC but it still is saying that it doesnt know that contact so its says ...do
you want to add it. Iam trying to send an email to certain websites for
kids.. like www.disneystore.com. Is there a different way I can do this ?

www.disneystore.com is not an email address (xxxx@yyyy.zzz).  Use this
webpage to contact them:

Ok so do I have to use http:// on all the web pages to do the BCC ? Iam
sending out an email to baby boutiques and baby online stores to inform them
about a new product submission. I have been doing them one by one and this
takes a lot of time. Is there another way to group them all together but not
show each store who iam sending it to?

You cannot send an email to a webpage URL.  If you don't know the email
address for the company (xxxx@yyyy.com), you'll have to find some other way
of contacting them, Meaghan.

Here's a tip:

1. Open Google Search.

2. Search on...

"contact us" site:company.xxx [including the quotes]

Example:

"contact us" site:disney.com
