Outlook express will not load

Hi

could anyone help?  When i start outlook express, i get the following
message:- Outlook express could not be started. The application was unable to
open the outlook express message store.  Your computer may be out of memory
or your disk is full (OX800CO13A).  Once i press ok i get another message:-
Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL cannot be initialized.  
Outlook express may not be installed correctly.  Could anyone help me get
back into outlook express, please?

See if the info at this link helps you fix it.  The error is indicating some
corruption has taken place in your message store folder:

Outlook express again.
