Cannot add  an account

Help.....I am able to receive and send email fine. I am trying to get the
same for my wife. I have gone through the same procedure for her as I did
for myself  ie in 'accounts' and 'add'  I entered all the necessary fields
for her. In the 'accounts' box, both accounts show, mine as
pop.tools.sky.com(default).....her's as pop.tools.sky.com(1) .
When I click on 'send/ recv', my account is searched and mail
delivered.....then I get a 'LOG ON' box asking for a pasword  for her and no
matter how many times
I click OK, it will not check for email for her.  PLEASE HELP!

Did you setup an email address and password with sky.com?
You can't make up your own account.
