I am using XP and OE7.  No matter how many times I set OE to save my
password it will not.  Each time I open OE and each time I click send or
check mail it demands I type in the password again.  Please help.

There is no OE7. OE6 is the end of the line.

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password

There ain't no OE7.

Assuming you've installed IE7 and are referring to a Hotmail account...

Authentication fails when you use Outlook or Outlook Express to try to log
on to a HTTP-based mail server if you use Internet Explorer version 7.0
