Backing Up

Using the Backup Utilities for Windows, can anyone tell me how I go about
selecting the backup terms for my personalised settings for Outlook Express?

Never used that program. (Doesn't even show in a Google).

Backup & Restore:
http://www.insideoe.com/backup/

This freeware tool backs up everything in OE in seconds. Disregard what is
written in red. That is referring to a different program.

Outlook Express Quick Backup (OEQB):
