Are you running XP/SP2? In OE | Help | About, scroll down to inetcomm.dll.
Do you see: 6.00.2900.3198? If so, you have the latest version.
Any reason why you would want to reinstall?

Sorry to be tardy, I was out of town. I do have the latest version; however,
I continue to have the issue when I initially open OE - I get a blank screen,
then when I close out and reopen, the messages come up. I could live with
this, but it's a bit of an annoyance, and I figured perhaps the program needs
to be reloaded.
