Hi,

I have created a new stationery using FrontPage.  I set the page default in
Frontpage to Arial 10.  I used this same font for the signature text.

When I set this as my default stationery in Outlook Express, it looks great.
Except - when I hit Tab to after typing the subject and start to type the
email text, it keeps reverting to Times New Roman.

I have tried setting the default font in OE to this, have tried creating the
stationery in Word.  It's driving me crazy!  Help!

Thanks!

Dee

If you are using stationery, some default to a specific font and size.

In IE: Tools | Internet Options | Accessibility. Uncheck: "Ignore font sizes
specified on web pages".

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for your reply.  I finally opened one of the stationery choices in
FrontPage and changed its font.  I also saved my logo and name, phone number,
etc. as an image instead of text.

For some reason, that worked.  I have tried all of the other options, but no
avail.  Also, I couldn't find the option you talked about on my laptop.  It
came with Vista installed :-( so maybe that's why.

thanks for your time!

If you're using Vista, then you don't have Outlook Express.

Windows Vista Mail Newsgroup.
