Serious OE Community question

First off I love these news groups, and I despise spammers here with a
passion.  Am a developer, without the support from groups such as this,
would be doing something for less exciting.  And forget the developing, but
just getting over the bugs and humps of general apps, again without these
groups I would be using pen and paper only.

So my question has to stay general to Outlook Express.  I won't even hint at
who I am or what my OE Tool does, or can be found.  I detest spammers here
in these groups that much!

So here is the serious question:  Where can I find the best communities for
OE where I can list the tool I made for it?  I won't even hint about it
here.  It was just something I made for myself, saved me from a huge
headache, and thought, hey...what if I could get $5 a pop from all three of
the OE users left out there?  I kid, but only so much ;-)

So if anyone out there wants to show me where the best place to post my OE
tool would be, I would so love to hear it.

p.s.  Not Tucows.   I mean sure I posted it there, and in other similar
places, but those places have becomes so much more inundated than ever
before.

p.p.s.  Any serious Outlook Express communities/websites would be so
appreciated

Thanks ahead, as always.

If you must make identical posts to multiple newsgroups, please cross-post
one (1) message to all of them.  Thank you.

Yes, actually I do know that, just forgot the cross post part.   Any
thoughts on my original post?

Thanks

[x-post to OE6 newsgroup]

Nope.  The OE General and OE6 newsgroups are the closest thing we have these
days to an "OE Community".

It would be within the scope of this newsgroup to place a one time notice of
the tool, what it does, and a Web site with more information.
First I would look at www.oehelp.com and see some of what's already
available.
