Do you receive the e-mail, but not the attachment? Or do you receive
nothing?

Does your, (yes, it sucks and I would get rid of it ASAP), McAfee program
have a spam program with it? Disable it and turn off e-mail scanning as
well.

What is the exact name of the McAfee program you are running? Any message
rules that may affect this?

Have you ever received any mail from jv16 power tools? Just to be sure they
have your correct address.

I don't see anything mentioned about a spam program in McAfee
SecurityCenter.
http://us.mcafee.com/root/package.asp?pkgid=113

Any chance Sovernet has a spam program running?

Have you checked their Webmail site to see if there is anything there from
jv16 power tools?

If there are no message rules, something outside of OE is responsible and
it's hard to pinpoint what program is the culprit.

Ask them to send emails to you only using Plain Text.

Is the attachment available when accessing the message in your webmail
page's inbox?
