i tried to subscribe to thai culture newsgroup through windows live mail and
couldnt find the group in the downloaded list.
does hotmail/live mail support newsgroups?
if not is their any free newsgroup providers i can use on live mail.

Hotmail/Live Mail is a web based mail services. It has nothing to do
with Newsgroups.

Windows Live Mail (WLM) is a is a Mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) and newsgroup
(NNTP) client. It has the same newsgroup capabilities as Outlook
Express.

You won't find any Thai culture newsgroups on the msnews.microsoft.com
news server. This news server is for support of Microsoft Products.

Check with your ISP to see if they offer a general interest news server.
If they do, they can add any newsgroups that they want.
