in outlook 2003 if i edit already sent mails it is allowing to change. like
that inbox items also it is allowing to edit and save. becuase of this there
is chance for malpractice.

where as in previous version and outlook 2007 it is not allowing to edit.

kindly provide me a solution to restrict editing sent mail and received mail.

Besides that I would like to say that email should never be counted as proof
of anything since there is ALWAYS a chance it has been edited.
