I have a group of friends, from highschool. We are 128 members of this
group.

How can I email them all, at once, without Outlook Express telling me
that I am spaming?  Is yahoo or gmail a better choice in doing this?

Thank you in advance

Outlook Express isn't telling you anything. Your mail server is.

Yahoo! and Gmail are not alternatives to MS Outlook Express. They are email
service providers, while MSOE is a desktop mail client.

Which email service are you using to send your email?

As you've found out it's your ISP not OE that's limiting you.  I had the
same problem.  I called my ISP and complained and they reset my limit to
allow my emails.
