Hello.
I'm finding backing up my outlook express mail messages confusing.
"Help" says that I should look in my computer for a folder with .dbx files.
I quote:
"To back up the folder, find the folder file, and then copy it to a backup
folder, floppy disk, or network drive. Outlook Express e-mail folders have a
.dbx extension (for example, 'Sent Items.dbx')."
But when I search for "Sent Items" or ".dbx" in windows XP, it draws a
blank. There's no such folder in my outlook express folder in program files
or anywhere else.
I think I'm missing something. Thanks for any help.

I posted how to find it for a confused a couple days ago:

That links to that post. I recommend the clone backup at
http://www.insideoe.com - click on Links at the top and
find how to make things clean before doing the clone.
