Windows Forum / Virtual PC / September 2007Real PC to Virtual PC
Hello, Does anyone know if this is possible? I can create a image and load it into the virtual PC, but the underlying hardware will probably be too different for it to run - or is there a way to make the virtual PC "have" certain hardware? >From what I have read it seems VMware can do it? So for instance if the image was a PC that used a Intel ProWireless LAN card, the virtual PC, when booted will not still have a "Prowireless lan card" ? (BTW, both a virtual machine and physical one are "real" , i.e. not imaginary). |
