Hello everybody, I'm so dissapointed because the virtual pc 2007 is not able
to run under Win Vista Premium and I really need it!!!!. Do I need to install
something else? In other blogs the people said that, is only limitated for
Win Vista Ultimate and Bussiness. How is possible!!!!!! most of the people
they bought laptops or desktops with this kind of version!!!!!. Please let me
know if there is other way to solve this issue. Let me explain to you what I
did, I got the 32 bit version for my legal copy of Vista, at the moment when
you want to install it, a pop up window appeared and said, this version might
not work with your system. I did not care about that, I continued with the
process and everything seems to be good at the end, but now I can't reboot
with the CD player cause the option is not longer available. So please
someone know what to do with this?.

Thanks!

VPC 2007 is not supported on Vista Home Basic or Vista Home Premium (it
wasn't on XP Home either) because VPC is classed as business software.
However, "not supported" means MS Product Support Services will not provide
help if you encounter issues using the software.  It does NOT mean that the
software does not run (it does).  The advisory message is just saying that
MS makes no guarantees.  Click through the advisory message and VPC 2007
will install.

It runs on Vista Home Premium.  The message is that it is not supported (by
Microsoft Product Support Services).  Click past the advisory message and it
will install.  Since MS does not support VPC on consumer editions of Vista
you will have to rely on self-help (this newsgroup, books, help files, etc)
if you encounter a problem.  I have not seen any reports that VPC on VHP
does not work.

Virtual PC 2007 will also work with Windows XP Home Edition.

Like I said, it will run on XP Home, just click through the advisory and it
