can't get Virtual PC 2007 to run with out blue screening

I am running Virtual PC 2007 on Vista Ultimate and every time i try to boot a
virtual pc or try to start a new one my laptop blue screens. I don't know
what to do so I need help thank. The laptop is

Inspiron 1521, AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-64
2GB, DDR2, 667MHz
ATI RADEON Xpress1270
160G 5400RPM SATA
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate

Try disabling hardware virtualization in the BIOS and then try to run
VPC.  If that works, look for a BIOS update for your laptop.

I did disable hardware virtualization in the bios and then updated the bios
up still when it goes to load the virtual pcs os it blue screens the laptop.  
so is there anything else that i can do to get this to work on my new laptop.
