Given an AD configured network computer, a simple XP workstation, for which I
wish to configure a unique user and permit access via RDC from a variety of
physical locations without permitting that unique user access to any other
network resources, what might be the best way to accomplish this without
creating a separate domain within the forest that has one-way trust, i.e.
coming in but not going out.

This really doesn't seem to have anything to do with Virtual PC so you
might want to find a more appropriate news group to post this question to.

I understand and appreciate your response; it does appear so.  However, my
use of Virtual PC has been, like many others I suspect, to test specific
environments and/or configuration issues that might otherwise create
difficult problems in the real environment.  In any case, thanks much for
your rapid response.

I understand that, however, this news group is here to provide support for
issues that are specific to Virtual PC. Just because you may happen to be
using VPC does not mean that every question you have is appropriate for
this news group. The current question is a case in point. You're not asking
anything that is VPC specific and as such really doesn't belong here.
