1. Why is there not a Virtual PC option to install the Mac OS? Surely there
is demand for this.

2. Can one install both Virtual PC and VMware Workstation onto the same
computer without conflicts?

The Mac OS is engineered to run on  Mac hardware.  (The TPM
specifically, bypassing it is against the EULA of OSX, not to mention
any driver availability problems.)

Apple has to change this one...

And yes, there is a demand for it, I'd do it if I could. <g>

Yes, for the most part, but if you have a VT machine and both try to
use VT at the same time, it could blue screen your PC.  (If you need
to run VM's from both products at the same time, just set one or the
other to not use hardware virtualization and there will be no problem)

I have to close down whichever I am using (VMWare Workstation 6 or VPC 2007)
before starting the other or I do bluescreen.  That doesn't have to happen
too many times before you get the hang of it.  :)
