the first link google returned was:
http://blogs.technet.com/seanearp/archive/2007/11/13/fedora-8-werewolf-on-virtua
l-pc-2007.aspx

seems like a pretty good step-by-step

I have created a new walkthrough for installing Fedora 9 here:
http://blogs.technet.com/seanearp/archive/2008/05/19/installing-fedora-9-sulphur
-in-virtual-pc-2007.aspx

The steps are different enough from Fedora 8 that you will want to read the
updated post. :)

Hi,

Sorry for the delay but I just wanted to say thanks for this. :)

I didn't test Fedora 9 (final) yet, but the F9-PREVIEW needed the kernel
option "noreplace-paravirt" to be able to boot, otherwise one gets a
"processor error" from VPC. Another difference relative to F8 is that, on
VPC2007, you don't need the "i8042.noloop" anymore; I think you still need
it on VPC2004, not sure about VPC2004-SP1.

Yep, works great.  Virtual PC 2007.  At the inital screen you have to use the "vesa" and "noreplace-paravirt" to get past the processor error.
