May virtual PC use the host OS and net working setting?

The virtual PC for me is used for try or learn new or beta version software.
So, after intasll Virtual PC, may I still use my host OS and net work
setting, I mean that NOT install OS in each virtual PC, it will be easy, and
save space.

No. Each VM is separate and you have to install an OS,
applications, etc.. You should read the documentation
available from Microsoft to understand how this works:
