Hi, how do i change the 5900 default port on Virtual PC?

Are you sure you don't mean Virtual Server?  Virtual PC doesn't use VMRC.
(port 5900)

To change Virtual Server's VMRC port, you need to go into "Server
properties" )pm the bottom left of the Virtual Server home page, then you
pick "Virtual Machine Remote Control (VMRC) Server", then port is the second
line down.
