host is winxp pro sp2 and guest is win2k sp4 rollup

when I try to add a shared folder pointing to a folder on my host
harddisk
then virtual pc goes to 50% CPU usage and never comes back
except when I pause the guest
neither does the shared folder appear in the guest
not even after a restart

any thoughts?

thnx

Did you install the SP4 rollup after the Additions?  If so - you might
