I have a dual core computer built for me which has Windows XP Pro x64 loaded.
I use this primarily as a digital-audio workstation, and to keep things
clean, will not connect it to the Internet.  I have another computer, which
has XP Pro loaded, which is connected to the Internet.  How/where can I
locate and download any necessary updates to the 64-bit operating system?
Thank you.

That's rather an extreme way to keep it clean. Instead, I'd strongly suggest
connecting it once a month or so to download the latest updates. Enable the
Windows Firewall, certainly. But download the current patches, just in case.
After all, your 32bit XP machine is connected, so you still have a risk.

Failing that, you can search the MS download center for updates for XP x64.
Or if you have a server there, you can run your very own WSUS service.
