I Purchased Home Premium for around $200. (tax incl.) and then ordered the
64bit ($13) when I replaced my motherboard.
I installed the 64bit, but then when I went to activate, it said that my
product key was already in use and that I had to purchase another one.
Am I REALLy supposed to pay another $200. for a product key?!?
That means $400 bucks.
Something does not make sense.
If someone knows anything please let me know.

Thanks much.

If there is a phone# given, call it and explain the situation.

Choose telephone activation and speak to an operator.  You may have to go
thru an attempt at automated activation first.
