My computer boots but when I click on any icon to load an
application I receive the following message:

"The OLE32.dll file is linked to missing export
RPCRT4.dll:I_RPCASYNCsendreceive"

The file exist in my directory as well as OLE32.dll.

Where can I download theses file or how do I correct the
problem?

What did you recently install or uninstall?

The message "The XXXX file is linked to missing export YYYY ZZZZ" means that program XXXX
is looking for function ZZZZ in program YYYY, but that function  doesn't exist.  That
means that programs XXXX and YYYY are out-of-synch.  Most often, XXXX requires a newer
version of YYYY.

This can be caused by
- Some application installing an older version of YYYY when it should have left the newer
version there
- Installing an application that should have installed a newer version of YYYY when it
installed XXXX
- Installing and then uninstalling an application that installed both XXXX and YYYY, but
which uninstalled (restored an older version of) YYYY but didn't do the same for XXXX.
- An install or uninstall that didn't complete successfully

In the first two cases, you need to (re)install the newer YYYY.  In the 3rd case you need
to reinstall the older XXXX.  In the last case, you need to try and complete the
install/uninstall.
