remote access server error

hi. i cannot connect to the net. i use windows 95, and
now i'm getting this error, 'remote access server error.'
what do i need to do? do i need a new computer, or what?
please help! (smile!)

Is that the full error message?

A "remote access server" means that you are dialing into another PC to use it's resources
rather than dialing into an Internet Service Provider.
