No CD-ROM found

I am trying to boot my win 95 comp but it can,t find the
driver for the cd rom. Do I need that? I have downloaded a
boot from boot disk.com but I still have no luck!

If the computer is rather old, it may not have PlugNPlay hardware. In
this case, you need to install the CD-ROm by using software provided
by the manufacturer. Check the manufacturer's web site.
