i have bought a full copy of windows 98 se sealed and boxed never used can i upgrade my windows 95 system with this disc or would i need to format and start again? thanks If it is the full retail copy of W98SE then you can use it either as a new installation or as an upgrade of an existing W95 installation. If it is the full OEM version of W98SE then you can only use it as a new installation.
