I was reinstalling W95 on my existing W95 system.  The
start up diskette was compiled and after while the system
froze.  I can boot up but I can't access ROM drive to
continue the installation.  It will check the ROM if I
select booting option from the CD.
Please advise

Boot up using the original boot floppy that you used, and restart the
installation.  If this boot floppy can no longer access the CD then perhaps
the CD drive has failed.

Try creating a boot floppy with CD drivers.
