When windows is in line by line start up mode.  When the
question comes "do you want to load all windows drives"
how do you prevent some of the drivers from loading and
can you check which drivers are being loaded.

To troubleshoot device drivers you should boot to safe mode and remove the
devices.  Then boot to normal mode and add them back one at a time.
