I am reinstalling windows 95.  After I enter the
certificate of authenticity I get the screen that asks my
name and company name.  The problem is it won't let me
enter anything here.  Does this mean I have the incorrect
key code or is it another problem?

just don't enter anything. Install and if is not what you want then try this
place for a little script that will allow changing it.
