What is the D: drive?  If it's a device (such as a CD-ROM) and your parents
don't have their installation CD then you should look on the hard drive for
a set of CAB files. They are sometimes stored in a folder labelled Options.
If there are no CAB files then you will need to find a setup CD from
somewhere - if it's an OEM machine then their supplier may be able to
provide a replacement CD.  Otherwise they appear on e-Bay from time to time,
and also at some of the on-line stores, or possibly a flea market.
