Whhen I try to upgrade 95win to 98win, I get a error
message SirC32.exe. It says that this file is necessary to
open applications. I can not open any appications at all.
I can not also run CD or Floppy Disk. It shows another
window MPREXE. What shall I do?

SirC32 is a virus. You cannot install Windows on a computer that has a
virus. Before doing anything else, remove the virus.

The problem you are having is that you system is not compatible with Windows
98. Often the box says it is, but than you are unable to install it. Another
problem with it could be one of your computer parts is to old and does have
the memory to run it, but the technology is wrong. You might also want to
try Windows 98 FULL VERSION instead of the UPGRADE.
