Can I put a shortcut button on my desktop to activate my
screen saver?
If so, how?

The Office Bar in MS Office lets you add a button to launch your
screensaver.

Other than that, your screensaver is a file with an extension of .SCR. Find
the actual file and put a shortcut on the desktop for it.

Why not just create a shortcut to the .scr file? (Usually located in
C:\Windows\System32)

Hope this helps
