starting windows

my microsoft windows 95 is not starting

*i have tried everything i can think of it loads up but
when it gettes to the screen where at the bottom of the
screen it says (Starting Windows...) it ether frees or it
goes to the screen that you get to pick what kind of mode
windows starts in*

try safe mode.  From here it may self heal or you'll be able to troubleshoot
the issue.
