When I run netstat.exe from a DOS window I get the message:
"The interface initialization failed: 2"

Two other boxes on the same network react normally.

I replaced the file w/ a new copy, netstat.exe, no joy.

Ideas?

You probably have a problem somewhere in your tcp/ip stack.  Delete the
client, nic driver, and protocol, and reinstall.  Also, make sure that your
winsock files are the correct size (they may have become corrupted or
replaced).
