my windows 95 problem:

when i boot my 95 box, before i can do anything i get an error message
fatal oe at 022f:bff9a3c0.  i have found fatal oe at bff9a3c0 all over
the web but not place, the 022f i have only found in german.
apparently he installed quicktime (?) prior to the error message, and
got no replies.  this is not my problem.  i can boot safe mode but not
regular.  i try booting with the progman, instead of explorer (i had
to use the m$oft kb (knowledge base) to learn a lot of tricks), and i
still get the same error.

any thoughts?  ever see that error message and a repair for it
anywhere?  sorry for imposing on your collective gray matter.  i am
going to go to sleep now, i'm tired...
