When I am turning on the computer (Windows 95) I can only
see the Windows 95 Logo (it shows that the computer is
starting) but I can not go any further... It kind of
freezes on that Logo...
Who can help me? What can I do?

The first think you want to do is find out what is going on behind that
logo. Press Esc as soon as it shows up to make it go away. (It may appear
twice.)

Let us know what you see -- where it stops or hangs -- after you can see
what's going on.
