you need to clearly state what you are trying to do
and what you have done thus far

If you are trying to install or reinstall Windows, start the
computer with the boot floppy, insert your Windows 95
CD and type the following three lines:

d:\win95\setup
e:\win95\setup
r:\win95\setup

If this doesn't help, try creating a new boot floppy.
