I have a 98 install CD. I just wanted to delete 95 and
install 98; however, I get a message that I need an
upgrade CD. I don't have an upgrade CD, I have a new
install 98 CD. What do I do?

Try renaming "c:\windows\win.com" to "win.bak".  Then run
Windows 98 setup again.  You will probably have to reinstall
all your applications.
