I've been trying to upgrade my Win95 to Win98 with the
Win98 CD.  I get a message that tells me I already have an
operating system.  Please don't tell me to buy a WIN98
Upgrade CD. Isn't there a way to Upgrade to the Win98 in
MS-DOS?  Thanks

just rename   win.com (in your windows folder)

then watch the installer carefully as it will prob ask if you want to
install in C:\windows.000    opt for  *other* folder
then specify your orignal windows folder   ...usually just C:\windows
