formated win95 now stuck

oboy, I formated my puter i have backup and win95 cd, but
it wont install it back in, it searches for past windows
and cant find any. and then it exits me back to my R
drive, what gives. my c drive is compressed so is there a
differnt trick then to reinstall...please help

Give it the media for past windows when it asks for it as I assume you
have an upgrade version.
I created a blank file win.cn_ on a floppy to save me the bother of
getting out the Win3.1 disk1.
