I had to reload Win 95 into my PC . When I try to boot my
system it goes through all the steps of booting up but
when it gets to the screen that says " starting windows
95 for the first time " it switches over to MS-DOS. I've
tried booting in safe mode, running my setup of 95 again,
using my start up disk without any change. Can someone
help me ? Thanks !!

Type this at command prompt:
ATTRIB -R -H -S MSDOS.SYS
EDIT MSDOS.SYS
Replace this:
BootGUI=0
with:
BootGUI=1
Save and reboot.
