ctrl+alt+delete

For some unknown reason to me when I press
control+alt+delete the program window no longer appears.

Look in the system.ini file under the [386Enh] section for the line:
LocalReboot=Off (or maybe False) and change it to: LocalReboot=On.
If the line is not there, add it and save the file.
