I'm new to this and need to send a word / excel document
from my home computer which has Windows 95. i think my
email system is Outlook Express.

When I go into the document and select "Send To", the
profile that comes up is Microsoft Outlook. Is this OK?

Then Information Services appears and all three are
selected: Microsift Exchange Server, Microsoft mail and
Internet Mail.

Next is Profile name and that shows "MS Exchange Settings".

Then it asks for Microsoft Exchange Server and Mailbox.

I'm lost!!!

Your help is appreciated. Regards   . . .  Robert

I'd try asking in a Outlook Express newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.win98.internet.outlookexpress or
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress

Compose your e-mail message in the normal way. Then select Attach and select
the file you wish to send, and send the message.
