I can't get back into Windows 95 when I turn on my computer

My computer screen says "Running Windows 95", but all
I get is the black MS DOS screen.

Some one took Windows 95 and put it in the recycle bin

and the turned off the computer before I could restore

Windows from the recycle bin. Now the the machine is not

able to engage windows even from an emergency boot disk.

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated

you will need to reinstall windows

Start the problem computer, insert a floppy disk, type the
following three lines, then repost with the contents of
"a:\windir.txt".

c:
cd \recycled
dir /s win.com > a:\windir.txt
