erasing windows 95

i recently bought windows 98, and needed to uninstal windwows 95 to install 98.  the uninstal feature was not located under the add/remove programs, so i figured i would insert the windows 95 cd-rom and uninstall it that way.  turns out that the windows cd i have is not the same that was installed on my computer.  now my computer won't even boot.  it boots staright to the start-up menu.  all i want to do is get rid of windows 95 and install 98, any help please?

There is no uninstall procedure for Windows.  If you want to install W98 to
a clean hard disk drive there is a procedure here:
