Invalid system disk

I don't know what to do when this pops up every time I
turn on my computer
please help me.

Do you have a disk in the a (floppy) drive?  Remove it....... then press any key to continue.

Go to http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and create a
boot floppy.  Use it to start the computer, type "sys  c:" and
press "Enter".  Then remove the floppy and restart.
